(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case, FIR No.0081 dated 08.10.2018, registered under Sections 323, 326, 334, 452, 506, 148 and 149 IPC, Police Station Mehta, District Amritsar Rural.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 05.12.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
