Mr. Shashi Kumar Yadav, Advocate puts in appearance on behalf of respondent No.2, by filing his Vakalatnama, and the same is taken on record.

Learned State counsel has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a prayer to quash the order dated 12.04.2018, passed by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Gurugram in case FIR No.144 dated 22.03.2018 under Sections 381 and 34 IPC registered at Police Station Industrial Area, Sector-7, Manesar, District Gurugram, whereby the investigation in the FIR was transferred to some local Police to State Vigilance Bureau, Gurugram. 3.

Learned State counsel submits that the investigation in the present case has already been concluded and the challan has been presented before the Competent Court. He further contends that even the charge has been framed against the accused in the present case and the present petition has become infructuous.
