Dated Police Station Sections 05.02.2019 Salhawas, District 120-B, 384 IPC and 7 & 13 of Prevention Jhajjar of Corruption Act Seeking quashing of above captioned FIR along with all consequential proceedings, petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 482 CrPC.

At the outset, petitioner's counsel submits that after filing of the present petition, challan was filed and now he has been supplied copy of the same under Section 207 CrPC. Therefore, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars. 3.
