*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) CRM-36048-2023 Application herein is for withdrawal of the main petition as the same has been rendered infructuous, which is otherwise fixed for 18.09.2023. For the reasons stated in application, same is allowed. Main case is taken up on Board today itself.

Main case Instant petition was filed for quashing of FIR No.2 dated 14.03.2020 registered under Sections 420 and 120-B of IPC, at Police station NRI, District Hoshiarpur on merits. During the interregnum, matter has been compromised between the parties. A fresh petition bearing CRM-M-59863-2022 was thus filed on the basis of compromise, which was allowed vide order dated 20.07.2023. Present proceedings are thus rendered otiose. Learned counsel for the petitioner under instructions wishes to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed for.
