The petitioner having been declared innocent in the year 2014 on the basis of the investigation conducted by Inspector Jugal Kishore, has not misused his liberty while his co-accused are being tried. Dual version qua the involvement of the petitioner has already cropped up. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/ surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial court.
