As per allegations of complainant-Pinki wife of Krishan Kumar an agreement dated 16.6.2014 for sale of land measuring 3K14M was executed by co-accused Jagbir on receipt of full and final payment of sale consideration of Rs.45 lacs and possession delivered. Subsequently a Will and GPA in favour of complainant was also executed,however, fraudulently the owner subsequently sold the same land to Sunita and Rajbir i.e. Wife of petitioner no.2 and petitioner no.1.
