NIDHI GUPTA J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for directing the respondents to submit the Final Report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.140 dated 12.6.2021, under Sections 306, 506, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Model Town, Hoshiarpur.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Shamsher Singh, informs the Court that the final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has been submitted on 29.11.2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the said development, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such. Ordered accordingly.
