(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of the possession notice dated 19th march, 2019 (Annexure P-2) as well as auction/sale notice dated 26th April, 2019 (Annexure P-3), issued by/on behalf of the respondent-Bank and subsequent proceedings consequent thereto. Further, prayer for issuing directions to the respondent-Bank to regularize the Term Loan Account and decide the representation dated 01.05.2019 (Annexure P-4), have been made by the petitioner.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner either to approach the respondent-Bank or take recourse to the alternative remedies as may be available to him, in accordance with law. 3.
Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to him, in accordance with law.
