The present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.02 dated 04.01.2023 under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Bassi Pathana, District Fatehgarh Sahib.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the petitioner in the present case since stands acquitted by the Trial Court. 3.
