Learned State counsel has submitted that in compliance to the order passed by the coordinate Bench on 09.02.2026, the decision has been taken by the Finance Department on 10.03.2026. A copy of the same is handed over to the Court during the course of arguments and the same is taken on record as Mark 'A'. A copy of the same is given to the counsel for the petitioner. Learned State counsel has submitted that the said decision is in favour of the petitioner and has further submitted that the amount which is due in pursuance of the said order is to be released by the Education Department which although has not been made a party. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the Education Department be directed to release the amount in a time bound manner.

of petitioner to be in his favour thus the direction given by the coordinate Bench on 09.02.2026 for release of the reitral benefits also needs to be complied with and accordingly, the Education Department is directed to release the said amount within a period of one month from today. It is made clear that in case the said amount is not released by the Education Department within a period of one month from today, then it would be open to the petitioner to revive the present petition and the said department would also be liable for further action.
