(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing order dated 03.07.2017 of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Samrala, District Ludhiana, passed in case FIR No.243 dated 13.12.2015 registered under Sections 420, 120-B, 506 IPC at Police Station Machhiwara, District Khanna.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that in compliance of order dated 22.12.2017, petitioner appeared before the trial Court and has been enlarged on interim bail.

Heard.

In view of above, order dated 22.12.2017 of this Court is made absolute.
