ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.295 dated 13.09.2018, registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code (in short 'IPC') at Police Station Jodhewal, District Ludhiana.

The operative part of the order dated 22.11.2018, vide which interim anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioner, is reproduced as under:- "....Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail by the Additional Sessions Judge and has joined the investigation and has given the complete details about the amount of his electricity bill paid by him. However, his anticipatory bail application was dismissed later on.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jagdev Singh, submits that the dispute is about the amount which was meant for some other consumer and was MOHD YAKUB 2019.01.30 16:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M No.50008 of 2018 deposited in the account of the petitioner, therefore, the petitioner being a consumer be again directed to join the investigation and submit the proof that he himself deposited the amount in his account.

List again on 30.01.2019...."

Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, in pursuance to the order dated 22.11.2018, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Sukhdev Singh, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 22.11.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
