He has sent a representation dated 01.06.2022 (Annexure P-6) to respondent No.5 but no action has been taken thereon. He further contends that he would be satisfied if this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation (Annexures P-6) in accordance with law.

Issue notice to respondents No.1 to 5.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. T.P.S. Chawla, DAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 5.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-6) in accordance with law within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
