State of Haryana .............Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.Vikram Singh Narwal,Advocate for the petitioner Mr.Yashwinder Singh,DAG Haryana with ASI Vinod Kumar Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.11 dated 31.1.2016 under Sections 420,467, 468, 471 IPC and 7/10 of the Essential Commodities Act,PS Hassanpur,District Palwal. On a secret information on the intervening night of 30th and 31st January,2016 a truck carrying 50 bags of wheat without any permit or licence was intercepted. The wheat stolen is meant for distribution under the Public Distribution System and was being transported for illegal sale in the open market. On the disclosure statement of the Driver the wheat is stated to have been lifted/loaded from the house of the present petitioner-accused.

It is contended that sister-in-law Kheruna of the petitioner is a Depot Holder for sale of that wheat, who had taken on rent certain portion of the premises belonging to the petitioner for storing of such wheat. It is thus contended that petitioner being elected Sarpanch has been falsely nominated as accused.

CRM-M 7799/2016 At the time of hearing today,learned counsel submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 04.3.2016 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined investigation and fully cooperated. Learned State counsel, on instructions concedes that petitioner has joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required.

In view of the above,interim bail granted vide order dated 04.3.2016 is made absolute.

Disposed of.
