(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for direction to respondents No.2 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and her minor children.

Heard.

Husband of the petitioner is absconder. Therefore, it is possible that police in search of her husband might have raided the house of the petitioner for his arrest, which, by any stretch of imagination, cannot be said to be any danger to the life and liberty of the petitioner and her minor children.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
