Jeevan Kaler and Raveena, the petitioners before this Court, claim themselves to be major. It has been pleaded that they have married against the wishes of the respondent No.4 to 7 and seek protection to their life and liberty. They apprehend danger from the respondent No.4 to 7. They have placed on record marriage certificate (Annexure P6) evidencing their marriage. The petitioners have submitted a representation dated 05.06.2022 (Annexure P7) to the respondent No.2.
