It appears that in the connected case i.e. CRM M-16075 of 2015, State has already prepared a cancellation report. This statement has been made by learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Daljeet Singh, who is present in court. In any case application moved by petitioner for detention of respondent no. 2 was mis-conceived. Same was rightly turned down by Additional Sessions Judge, Moga. Under the circumstances, no case for interference in inherent jurisdiction is made out. Dismissed.
