**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.18 dated 16.02.2020 under Section 406, 420, 465, 467, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Division No.7, District Jalandhar.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the instant case with liberty to raise all such pleas before the trial Court at appropriate stage.

Allowed as prayed for.
