  In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court, being a pure matrimonial dispute together with the fact that this compromise will go a long way in ironing out differences between the parties for the betterment of their future lives, the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.50 dated 17.07.2014 registered at Police Station Women Cell, District Jalandhar City under Section 4989A IPC and all consequences arising thereof are quashed. The petition stands allowed in those terms.
