The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for fixation of pay of the petitioner to Rs.55,000/- instead of Rs.50,000/-.

At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 2 draws the attention of this Court to the reply dated 04.05.2021 on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4, of which para No. 5 reads as under:- "5. That from the reading of the writ petition, it is clear that the grievance of petitioner is against respondent No. 2. It is submitted that the grievance of the petitioner has been readdressed as a sum of Rs.693,211 on account of arrears have been paid to the petitioner, vide order dated 22.12.2000. Copy of order is attached as Annexure R-1/1 and as such the writ petition has been rendered infructuous." 3.

In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition and the same stands disposed of.
