In view of the status report dated 31.08.2021, filed on behalf of respondents-State through Mr. Lalit Kumar, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division City Batala, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the present petition, at this stage.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of being not pressed.
