(Oral) Due to pure inadvertent error, this Court has lost sight of the fact nor it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner was summoned under section 319 Cr.P.C. as an additional accused. Keeping in view the same, order in question dated 23.3.2015 is corrected and rectified holding that in the event the petitioner shall put in appearance before the trial court within 15 days, he shall be released on bail to the satisfaction of the trial court. Necessary intimation be sent to the quarter concerned. The petition stands disposed of.
