Present bunch of six petitions, the details of which are mentioned in the heading, involve common point of law and common set of facts, hence, they are being dealt together.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners intends to approach the respondents by way of filing representation to raise the claim as raised in the present petition and the petitioners will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the respondents to decide the same by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case, the

CWP-13918-2021 (O&M) AND CONNECTED CASES -2petitioners file any such representation with the authority concerned claiming the relief as being claimed by them in the present petition, the same will be considered in accordance with the settled principle of law and an appropriate speaking order will be passed by the authority concerned within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case, the claim of the petitioners is found feasible to be accepted, an appropriate order will be passed and in case the same is not feasible to be accepted, detailed reasons for rejecting the same will be mentioned in the speaking order. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petitions may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh representation with respondents as stated herein before.

Pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, stands disposed of.
