(ORAL) Instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for directing respondents No.1 to 5 to register a case against respondents No.6 to 8 by getting the matter investigated from some other official than respondents No.4 and 5 and protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, however, without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 - Senior Superintendent of Police, District Khanna, to look into the grievance of the petitioner specifically made in representation dated 31.01.2014 (Annexure P-2) and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
