The challenge in the present writ petition is to show cause notices dated 11.04.2025 (Annexure P-2) and dated 16.04.2025 (Annexure P-5), vide which the petitioner was instructed to furnish certain documents within a period of 15 days.

Since as on today, the petitioner has not replied to show cause notice dated 16.04.2025 (Annexure P-5), this Court is of the opinion that the present petition is premature.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file reply and to pursue the show cause notice dated 16.04.2025 (Annexure P-5) before the appropriate authority, in accordance with law. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 5.
