*** Nidhi Gupta, J. (Oral) Prayer in the present petition is for modification of order dated 09.09.2017 (Annexure P/2) passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Panipat in Criminal Appeal No.15/2016 and order dated 18.12.2015 (Annexure P/1) passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Panipat in case No.913/2012 and for enhancing the maintenance granted to the petitioners under Section 125 CrPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present matter has been rendered infructuous as the old disputes stand settled between the parties and now, the parties have been granted divorce by a mutual consent vide decree dated 21.09.2023 passed by the learned Family Court, Panipat.
