The petitioner is seeking a direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to initiate appropriate legal action against respondents No.4 to 8. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is being harassed at the behest of respondents No.4 to 8 and sent a representation (Annexure P2) to respondent No.2 in this regard. He further contends that the petition may be disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide his representation. Issue notice to the respondents.

At the asking of the Court. Mr. Dhruv Dayal, Senior DAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the State.
