RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.64 dated 28.06.2015 registered under Section 306 read with Section 34 IPC pertaining to Police Station Division, Ludhiana City.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition has rendered infructuous on account of filing of the cancellation report and acceptance of the same by the trial Court.

Dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
