   &&&&& -,. /!0 ' ( ) !  are praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.3 to 8 for not sending the petitioners for forthcoming Lower School Course, 2024 as the petitioners have given unwillingness to undergo the said course.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that similar issue has been decided by this Court in CWP No.7040 of 2026 titled EHC Kaaraj Singh and others Vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 10.03.2026 and the present petition may be disposed of in terms of the said judgment.

Learned State counsel does not dispute the fact that the similar issue has already been decided in EHC Kaaraj Singh and others' case (supra).
