Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks issuance of directions upon the respondent(s) concerned to transfer the investigation of FIR No.295 dated 19.11.2021, under Section 306 of the IPC, registered at P.S. Badhra, District Charkhi Dadri, District Sirsa, to some independent agency, or, to get its investigation conducted from some higher officer. 2.

Today, the learned State counsel has filed a status report, through affidavit of Subhash Chander, HPS, Charkhi Dadri, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. 3.

The status report (supra) makes revelations that investigation qua the FIR (supra) has already been completed and the prosecution has already filed a cancellation report, on 25.05.2023, before the Illaqa Magistrate concerned.

On account of the supervening events, as revealed in the DEVINDER YADAV 2023.11.21 17:36 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
