Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No.2 to relegate the investigation of case FIR No. 375 dated 1.11.2017, registered under Sections 5 & 7 of the Specific Bank Notes (Cessation of Liabilities) Act, 2017 to some senior police officer and to ensure fair investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a representation dated 15.11.2017 (Annexure P4) to respondent No.2Senior Superintendent of Police, Jagraon, District Ludhiana, but the same remained unattended till now.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Jagraon, District Ludhiana, is directed to look into the representation dated 15.11.2017 (Annexure P4) and take required action, if any, as per law.
