At the time of hearing today learned State counsel has filed reply by way of affidavit of Baljeet Singh,PPS, DSP(INV)Fazilka, which is taken on record.

In the said reply, it is stated that FIR No.30 dated 19.4.2016 under Section 420 IPC, stands registered against the petitioner in PS City Fazilka on an application moved by Mahesh Mittal, after conducting thorough enquiry. CRM-M 7859/2016 reply as Annexure R-1/T. It is further stated that petitioner joined enquiry in the said application and during enquiry it was found that petitioner cheated complainant by getting Rs.3 lacs from the complainant-Mahesh Mittal for getting sanctioned CC limit for Rs.50 lacs for complainant. Neither the CC limit was got sanctioned nor amount returned to the complainant. It is further stated that petitioner has levelled false allegations in the present petition. In view of the contents of the reply, noticed above, no further action is warranted in the present petition. Dismissed.
