The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking release of credit balance of petitioner held with respondent-milk plant.

Learned counsel for the respondents No.2 and 3, on instructions from Mr. Shiv Kumar, submits that Mr. Mahesh Chand was proprietor of M/s Krishana Enterprises. He has passed away. There is nothing on record disclosing his family members as successor or otherwise entitled to his dues. The petitioner may be directed to produce documents in support of their claim so that admitted liability may be released.
