Mr. L.S. Sidhu, Advocate, for respondent No.2. PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the State, after seeking instructions from ASI Tara Singh, who is present in Court, states that cancellation report has been submitted and is pending for 14.5.2015 before the competent Court, therefore, this petition has been rendered infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that earlier also the cancellation report was submitted, however, reinvestigation was ordered.
Since again cancellation report has been submitted, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, respondent will be at liberty to appear before the trial Court. Trial Court shall pass appropriate order after affording opportunity of hearing to the complainant with regard to cancellation report.
