JAISHREE THAKUR, J.(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner seeking protection of life and liberty at the hands of private respondents. In this regard the petitioner has also approached the authorities by filing a representation dated 02.09.2017 (Annexure P-1). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into the representation dated 02.09.2017 (Annexure P-1) and take action in accordance with law, in a time bound manner.

Ms. Gaganpreet Kaur, AAG, Haryana, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. Five copies of the petition be handed over to her by learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day failing which no action is called for. She submits that the representation dated 02.09.2017 (Annexure P-1) will be decided within a period of six weeks.
