Instant petition has been filed under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. praying for cancellation of bail granted to respondent No.2 vide order dated 07.06.2021 in case FIR No.76, dated 27.03.2021, under Sections 323, 377, 406, 498A, 506, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Women NIT, District Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to approach the same Court, which granted the bail, for the desired relief.
