HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J The petitioner, a Public Limited Company had filed this writ petition to quash order dated 30.11.2018 (P.10) passed by the learned Addl. Labour Commissioner exercising the powers of the Authority under the Minimum Wages Act whereby the petitioner has been directed to pay certain amount to respondent No.2.

CM No.13762 of 2021 has been filed by the petitioner for disposing of the present writ petition.

It is stated that during the pendency of the present writ petition, a compromise has been arrived at between the petitioner and respondent No.2. A copy of the compromise is annexed as Annexure A.1. Respondent No.2, who is present in person, has affirmed the compromise and states that the present writ petition be disposed of in terms of the compromise. Accordingly, CM No.13762 of 2021 is allowed. The main petition bearing CWP No.13397 of 2019 is disposed of in terms of the compromise.
