HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.148 dated 27.07.2020 under Sections 420,306 IPC registered at P.S Sadar Ahmedgarh, District Sangrur.

Vide order dated 24.08.2020, this Court granted the concession of interim anticipatory bail subject to the petitioners furnishing surety bonds to the extent of Rs.10,00,000/- to the satisfaction of learned Illaqa/Duty Magistrate concerned.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the order has since been complied with.

In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 24.08.2020 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners, is made absolute. However, the petitioners shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
