Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No. 1 to 3 to thoroughly investigate the matter in case FIR No. 239, dated 18.10.2017, registered under Sections 364 & 34 IPC at Police Station Sohana, S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali).

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that FIR was registered on 18.10.2017 but till date no arrest has been made in the present case. Learned counsel further contended that for this purpose, the petitioner has made a representation dated 16.11.2017 (Annexure P2) to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali), but the same remained unattended till now.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali), is directed to look into the Deepak Kumar Bhardwaj 2017.12.21 13:03 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
