This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 171 dated 22.07.2013 under Sections 302, 307 & 34 IPC at Police Station city Tarntaran, district Tarantaran. Learned State counsel at the outset points out that vide separate order of even date passed in CRM M-28647 of 2013, investigation of the case has been handed-over to Central Bureau of Investigation.

In view of above, this petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
