Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in a case registered under Sections 395, 397, 379, 411 IPC vide FIR No.115 dated 28.9.2013 at Police Station, City Phagwara, District Kapurthala.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2013. He is stated to have been named in the disclosure statement of co-accused. Similarly placed accused have been granted the concession of bail.

In view of above, no useful purpose would be served by detaining the petitioner during the pendency of trial. Petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail to the satisfication of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kapurthala.
