Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No.1 to 4 to take appropriate legal action against respondent No.5. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that despite the fact that the entire loan amount has been paid and still respondent No.5 tried to take away the vehicle with the help of recovery agents, which is totally contrary to the law. Learned counsel further contended that petitioner has made a representation dated 7.11.2017 (Annexure P1) to respondent No.2Director General of Police, Punjab and respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspur, but the same remained unattended till now.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspur , is directed to look into the representation dated Deepak Kumar Bhardwaj 2017.12.22 12:42 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
