**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL , J. (Oral) This order shall dispose of CRM-M-7902-2016 and CRM-M10176-2016. Both the petitions are for quashing of FIR No. 129, dated 04.07.2015, under Sections 354, 354A, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Rajpura City, District Patiala and FIR No. 103, dated 26.06.2015, under Section 66C of the IT Act, registered at Police Station (3), District Chandigarh and the consequential proceedings arising out of the same, on the basis of compromise deed dated 11.08.2015 (Annexure P-3) executed JAWALA RAM 2020.01.18 15:47 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M-7902-2016 CRM-M-10176-2016 - 2 - between the parties as well as statement dated 18.08.2015 (Annexure P-4) made by the complainant before the Addl. Sessions Judge, Patiala. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter had been compromised with respondent No.2/complainant and hence a prayer was made for quashing of the aforementioned FIRs. However, learned counsel for respondent No.2 - complainant submitted that though talks with regard to the compromise had been underway, however, the terms & conditions of the compromise had not been complied with in its entirety.

Therefore, in the facts and circumstances of the case, no ground for quashing of the aforesaid FIRs is made out. Dismissed.
