Enquiry report has been received as per which Gurmukh Singh and his mother Gurjinder Kaur never authorized Palwinder Singh (petitioner herein) to file RSA-968-2011 before this Court. Palwinder Singh failed to produce any written authority/attorney of Gurmukh Singh in his favour authorizing him to file the aforesaid regular second appeal. 2.

Faced with the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present contempt petition. 3.
