Main case The present revision petition has been preferred against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 03.03.2012 passed by the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rajpura in case bearing FIR No.84 dated 07.05.2005 registered under Section 279, 304-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station City Rajpura, District Patiala and against the judgment dated 19.11.2012 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala, whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner was dismissed. The petitioner was sentenced as under:

Under Section Sentence Fine In default 279 IPC To undergo RI for 06 months Rs.500/- To undergo SI for one month 304-A IPC To undergo RI for one year Rs.1500/- To undergo SI for one month 2.
