RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Sulinder Singh in case FIR No.11 dated 11.02.2016 registered under Sections 420 and 406 IPC at Police Station Begowal, District Kapurthala.

On instructions from Head Constable Beant Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 16.01.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
