(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to official respondent Nos. 3 & 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and her family members at the hands of private respondent Nos. 5 to 10 as the petitioner and her family members are apprehending danger at their hands. In this regard the petitioner has also approached the authorities by filing representation dated 10.10.2018 (Annexure P-1) but till date no action has been taken by respondent No.3 on the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.3 be directed to look into the representation dated 10.10.2018 (Annexure P-1) and take action in accordance with law, in a time bound manner.

CRM-M-50123-2018 -2On asking of the Court, Mr. P.P. Chahar, learned DAG, Haryana, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to supply adequate number of copies of the petition to the State counsel during the course of the day failing which no action is called for. He submits that representation dated 10.10.2018 (Annexure P-1) will be decided within a period of six weeks.

Without going into the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide representation dated 10.10.2018 (Annexure P-1) within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order and take necessary action in accordance with law.
