(Oral) This order will dispose of aforesaid two petitions as the prayer in both the petitions is made under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail in FIR No. 198 dated 30.11.2012 for offences under Sections 307, 323, 193, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Section 25 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Maqsudan, District Jalandhar.

Petitioners are two of the accused out of seven persons involved in this case. Five are already on bail. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the injured and one other eye-witness except for the complainant, who is stated to be abroad, have since been examined in the presence of petitioners. CRM-M-9062 of 2015 -2allegation is that miscreants fired with their respective weapons but firearm injury was not caused to the injured and the complainant.

Petitioners are in custody for more than one year and it will take some time in conclusion of the trial. In view of the above and without commenting on merits of the case, instant petitions are allowed and petitioners be admitted to bail on furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
