CORAM:HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE JAISHREE THAKUR
Present:
Mr. Raman Chawla, Advocate for the petitioner.
Mr. Ram Kumar Singla, DAG, Haryana.
-.- JAISHREE THAKUR J. (ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.360 dated 12.05.2020 under Section 302 IPC at Police Station HTM, District Hansi. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prosecution witnesses have been examined, who have turned hostile. Learned counsel for the respondent-State would submit that the trial is at the fag end, and has been kept for defence witnesses and therefore, there is no occasion for grant of regular bail to the petitioner. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and since the prosecution witnesses have already been examined, deem it appropriate to dispose of the instant petition by giving a direction to the trial court to conclude the trial pending before it as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months.
Disposed of accordingly.
