*** Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Rajinder Kumar states that petitioner Boota Singh has furnished an affidavit that he does not hold any Passport, whereas his co-petitioner Gagandeep Singh has surrendered his Passport before the investigating officer, therefore, the petitioners are not required for further investigation by the local police. Mr. Gurcharan Singh Bains, Advocate has appeared on behalf of the complainants by filing vakalatnama, which be taken on record. He states that the matter has been compromised between the parties and complainants have no objection if pre arrest bail is granted to the petitioners. Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioners on 22.12.2017 is made absolute, subject to their fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The petition stands allowed accordingly.
